1. Employee Database:

Onboarding new employee,Using a simple wizard, onboard new employees on the system. The system sends out email to employees for their account activation, post which employees can login and complete their part of onboarding formalities.
Employee list & navigation, List showing all employees with various search, filter and sort options, makes it possible to quickly locate any employee in the organization. Also, from the search results, you can navigate all employee records one after the other in sequence.
Employee personal & employment details, All standard information regarding employment and personal information can be easily entered. Further due to audit control on all fields, you may also check the history of any change made to the employee data and the reason for the change.
Custom screens (LogBook), In addition to the standard information that we can capture against an employee record, the system also gives you the flexibility to design any custom forms as per your data requirement. Using these forms, you may use it to capture additional custom information against the employee record.
Customized access rights & permissions, The system gives you great flexibility in giving customized set of access & rights to any employee. You can customize the access down to each functionality level, giving you complete control on what data employee can see and what functionalities they can perform.

 

2. Document Management:

Document Templates,Most of the employee documents are based on fixed format, where only the employee name, role, location and other basic information changes. To ease the document creation process, the system gives the option to create multiple templates with placeholders, and these templates can then be used to create employee documents by automatically replacing placeholders with actual employee data.
Document management, Any number of documents can be added against the employee record, and also define their access rights, e.g. some documents can be hidden from employees, some documents can be made accessible to the manager of the employee etc.

 

3. Leave and Attendance Management:

Setting shifts, Create any number of shifts into the system, and assign them to employees individually or in bulk using excel upload.
Logging time and attendance, Easily manage your employee’s time and attendance with inbuilt features to manage the timesheets, work pattern, Tap IN /Tap Out (web and mobile-based), including GPS tagging and Geo-Fencing options for mobile users.
Leave management, Easy user-interface on mobile app as well as website, for employees to request for leave. Using flexible authorization rules, you can set any approval workflow including multiple approvers, as per company policies.
Other Events Tracking, In addition to attendance and leaves, systems give you flexibility to capture other event types as well. E.g.: marking when an employee is working from home, or when employees are on-duty visits, or attending client meetings. This data can then be used for analysis and reporting purpose.
Flexible attendance & leave policies, Whatever your attendance & leave policies, it can be set into the system. Be it late rules, resulting in absence/LOP getting added on employee’s record. Or setting up restrictions on how many days in advance the employee can request for leave.
Annual or monthly leave entitlements,
Based on your company policy you may opt for adding entitlements annually at start of the year, or have it accrued every month based on certain rules. Also, you can set the carry forward rules to decide how leaves can be carried forward to next year.

 

4. Employee Engagement:

Thanks & Appreciation,Use the Thanks module to drive a culture where the employees are formally appreciated for the good work they do, by awarding them badges. Such written appreciation would boost employee morale, and will also give them visibility in the company as the Thanks feed is shown to all other employees.

As a company, engage with your employees, by posting updates, announcements, policy changes, or simple things like birthday or work anniversary greetings.
Pulse Survey,
As a HR you can run short pulse surveys targeted to all or certain groups of employees, and get their anonymous responses to gauge the mood of employees on certain important topics.
